Kevin Chang is Senior Vice President, Asia at UFC, the world’s leading mixed martial arts organisation and one of the fastest-growing global sports properties. Since joining UFC in 2011, he has led the organisation’s business and operations across Asia, overseeing media rights and content distribution, live events, athlete development, public relations, social media, corporate partnerships and regional investments. A key architect of UFC’s growth in Asia, Kevin spearheaded the creation of the UFC Performance Institute Shanghai—the world’s largest and most advanced MMA and elite athlete training facility, which also serves as the Official High Performance Advisor to the Chinese Olympic Committee. He also led the development of the UFC Combine and UFC Academy, strengthening the organisation’s athlete development pathway across the region. Under his leadership, UFC has significantly expanded its presence in Asia, delivering sold-out events in major markets including Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore, while earning industry recognition for excellence in branding, event operations and digital engagement. Prior to UFC, Kevin was Director of International Media at the National Football League (NFL), where he established the league’s first office in China and launched its first locally produced live streaming broadcast, laying the foundation for the NFL’s international digital distribution strategy.
